These 3-ingredient Nutella Nut Clusters is a must have as part of your holiday goodies. They are so decadent but oh so easy to make as well!

Nutella Nut Clusters

I made these Nutella Nut Clusters for the first time, during the holidays last year. We were in India for my brothers wedding and got back mid-December after V’s birthday. I did not have a whole lot of time to make my holiday goodies to give to friends and neighbors. I made a few cookies and wanted to add something more to the holiday goodie box. I thought, something with chocolate would be a easy bet.

That’s when I spotted this jar of Nutella in the pantry and I had some mixed nuts as well. I threw in some raisins and dried cranberries along with the mixed nuts. Melted some chocolate and added some Nutella to it. Mixed the nuts in and let them set. And voila, Nutella Nut Clusters were ready!

The crunchy nuts with the chewy raisins and cranberries in between, along with the chocolate and nutella made for little bites of holiday heaven. I put them in little cupcake liners before I put them along with the cookies in the boxes I made to give out to friends and neighbors.

Let me just say that it was a total hit and I think everyone loved these a whole lot more than all those cookies I made so painstakingly. But, who is complaining! Smile

Nutella Nut Clusters – The Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 ½ cups mixed nuts
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Method:

Melt the semi sweet chocolate over the stove top or in the microwave. If melting over the stove top, use the double boiler method, where you place the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan of boiling water and melt it. If using the microwave, melt in intervals of 15-30 secs and mix well after every burst of microwaving, till all the chocolate is melted.

Add the nutella to it while the chocolate is still hot. Mix well. Toss in the nuts, raisins and cranberries to it. Mix them all well. Drop clusters, measuring a tablespoon of the mixture, onto parchment paper line baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 mins or so.

Take them out once they are all set and enjoy!
