Creamy and delicious summer smoothie with seasonal strawberries and peaches, that is great as a summer drink, breakfast or snack for the littles.
Come summer and all the delicious, juicy fruits are here! That is my absolute favorite part of the season - and of course, the sun, not having to wear coats or sweaters, flip-flops, lots and lots of chilled rose and lots of fun time outside with the family. I mean, who doesn't love all of that, right?
We love to eat all the summer fruits as it is, the peaches, nectarines, berries, cherries, mangoes, all of them. We also love to make smoothies, desserts and all kinds of fun things with them.
This is a great after school snack on those hot days too!
Can I make this a Strawberry Peach Protein Smoothie?
Yes, of course. Add any vanilla flavored or plain protein powder of your choice and this becomes a great protein smoothie.
Can I make this Strawberry Peach Smoothie without yogurt?
Yes! The peach yogurt I have used in this smoothie recipe is completely optional. You can add your choice of dairy or non-dairy milk and ice cubes as the liquids. The yogurt does make it a little creamier, though.

Strawberry Peach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic strawberries rinsed and hulled
- 3 organic peaches rinsed, peeled and stone removed
- 1 cup peach yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender jar.
- Blend till smooth. Serve immediately.
