4ozRhubarb SyrupI used the Ikea one
2ozBombay Sapphire Gin
1small bottle200 ml good quality chilled Prosecco, I used La Marca
Instructions
Take crushed ice in a shaker and add the strawberry lemonade, rhubarb syrup and gin and shake well. Strain out into two champagne flutes. Top with chilled Prosecco and serve immediately.
