Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 ¼ cup Nutella
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bitter sweet chocolate chips
  • 2-3 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix the Nutella, flour and egg together to form a loose dough that will stay together when held together with some pressure. Add the chocolate chips to this and mix well.
  • Pre heat the oven to 350F. Cover the cookie dough in plastic wrap and stick it in the freezer for about 15 mins.
  • Roll out lemon sized balls of the cookie dough and flatten them on a cookie sheet topped with Silpat or parchment paper. Sprinkle some salt on them and bake for about 15 mins. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

The dough will be drier than regular cookie dough and you may have to work to keep the cookie in shape, but that’s ok.
