Roasted Cauliflower with Brown Butter Hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400F
  • Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt and red pepper flakes.
  • Roast for 20 mins or so, turning once, till it it browned.
  • Brown the butter and add the hazelnut pieces to it. Remove from heat and keep aside.
  • Pour this over the roasted cauliflower and serve immediately.
