Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter smooth is what I used, crunchy would be fine too
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender, I use my Ninja blender for all my smoothies. Pour out to a glass and enjoy right away.
