Ingredients

  • 1 lb tater tots frozen
  • ¼ red onion chopped finely
  • 2 small tomatoes chopped finely
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 4 tablespoon Mint Cilantro Green Chutney
  • 4 tablespoon Tamarind Date Chutney
  • 4 tablespoon whole milk yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup fine sev
  • ¼ cup pomegranate arils
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Place the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to package instructions, mostly 20-25 mins.
  • While the tater tots are baking, get your veggies and chutneys ready.
  • Once the tater tots are baked to crispy, leave them on the tray to cool down just a little.
  • On a platter, spread out the tater tots. Sprinkle the onions, tomatoes and cilantro over it.
  • Drizzle the chutneys and the yogurt over it. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds, sev and chat masala and serve immediately.
  • Keep extra chutneys and yogurt on the side for anyone to add more as they feel so.

Notes

Serve as soon as you are done assembling. The tater tots and the sev will get soggy, otherwise.
