Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit juiced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 4 oz white rum
  • 2 tablespoon agave nectar
  • cup blueberries
  • cup water
  • a few mint leaves minced

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a freezer safe bowl and freeze for 6-8 hours. Remove from freezer and scrape the frozen mojito into serving glasses. Serve immediately.
  • You can make a frozen mojito instead, using ice cubes instead of water and freezing the grapefruit juice and blending them in a blender.
