Taco Spiced Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • ½ lb (about 6) Organic Chicken Wings
  • To boil the wings in:
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cayenne powder
  • To mix to a paste to spread over the wings:
  • 1 tbsp Butter , melted
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder


  • Heat the water with the hot sauce, cayenne powder and salt and bring to a boil.
  • Add the chicken wings to it and cook for about 12-15 mins
  • Preheat the oven to 375F
  • In a medium bowl big enough to hold the wings, mix together the butter, taco seasoning, hot sauce, salt and garlic powder to a paste.
  • Drain the wings and toss with the paste in the bowl.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and line the coated chicken wings on it.
  • Bake for 15-20 mins, turning the wings once halfway through, till both sides are crisped enough.
  • Serve with some blue cheese dip or ranch dressing.
