Blackberry Mint Lemonade
A refreshing summer drink and everyone’s favorite lemonade gets a makeover with fresh blackberries for sweetness and color and some mint for a pop of freshness.
Servings 4 people
- 2 cups organic blackberries
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
- 3 lemons
- 3 cups crushed ice
- 24 oz club soda
- 4 tbsp honey optional
Muddle the mint and blackberries together in a pitcher. Squeeze the lemons in to the pitcher. Mix in the honey to this.
Divide the ice into 4 glasses. Divide the blackberry mint lemon mixture to the glasses. Top with club soda. Stir well and enjoy immediately.
