Blackberry Mint Lemonade

A refreshing summer drink and everyone’s favorite lemonade gets a makeover with fresh blackberries for sweetness and color and some mint for a pop of freshness.

  • 2 cups organic blackberries
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint
  • 3 lemons
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 24 oz club soda
  • 4 tablespoon honey optional


  • Muddle the mint and blackberries together in a pitcher. Squeeze the lemons in to the pitcher. Mix in the honey to this.
  • Divide the ice into 4 glasses. Divide the blackberry mint lemon mixture to the glasses. Top with club soda. Stir well and enjoy immediately.
