Roasted Cauliflower with Brown Butter Hazelnuts
Servings 4 servings
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ stick butter
- ¼ cup hazelnuts crushed
Preheat the oven to 400F
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt and red pepper flakes.
Roast for 20 mins or so, turning once, till it it browned.
Brown the butter and add the hazelnut pieces to it. Remove from heat and keep aside.
Pour this over the roasted cauliflower and serve immediately.
