In a microwave safe bowl, heat the dark chocolate chips and butter together for 3 mins or so, till the chocolate is all melted. Pause every 30 seconds and give it a quick stir.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate over it and spread it out, not too thick and not too thin.
Work quickly and sprinkle the fall sprinkles and candy eyes all over the chocolate, before the chocolate starts to harden.
Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator to chill for about 15 mins or so.
Break out into small chocolate barks and your Halloween Dark Chocolate Barks are ready to go!
