No Cook Overnight Oatmeal, Chia and Hemp Pudding with Fresh Peaches

Ingredients

  • Old Fashioned Rolled Oats use gluten free Oatmeal for a gluten free option - 1/2 cup
  • Chia Seeds - 1/2 cup
  • Nature's Path's Qia mix Buckwheat, Hemp and Chia - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Almond Milk - 2 1/2 to 3 cups
  • Fresh Peaches / Nectarines / Mixed Berries / Other Fruits - 1/4 cup

Instructions

  • Toss the oatmeal, chia and Qia (divided equally) into two mason jars / any other jars.
  • Pour the almond milk over it. Give it a quick stir and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, about 5 minutes before eating add the extra 2 tbsp of Qia and give a quick mix.
  • Add more almond milk, if needed.
  • Top with fresh fruits and enjoy!
