We love the Greek yogurt and granola combo for breakfast. It becomes more of a staple breakfast in our household on those sprinkling of hot days we get here in Seattle. I also serve this as a snack to the kids and they both love it. Vanilla Greek yogurt, granola, fresh berries, what's not to love about it, really!?

How to make this Waffle Bowl Breakfast Parfait
I used store bought waffle-bowls for this. If you are up for it, I am sure you can find a recipe to make a waffle bowl for yourself, but I would say that is a little unnecessary.
I made vanilla honey Greek yogurt with store bought plain Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and some honey. It is super easy to just mix in all the ingredients and you totally control the amount of sugar and all other ingredients that goes into it with very little effort.
For the granola, use any of your favorite granola. We love Purely Elizabeth brand of granolas and also Autumn’s Gold grain free granola. We always have this at hand and that is what I used.
In a waffle bowl, add enough of the vanilla honey greek yogurt, top with granola and mixed berries. Your waffle bowl fruit and yogurt cups are ready. It is really as easy as that.
Serving Tips
You can serve these all assembled or put out the different ingredients - the waffle bowls, honey vanilla yogurt, granola and fruits in different containers and everyone can make their own. This is perfect for play dates and also for brunches and such.
To make it more fun for a play date or birthday party, put out a variety of sprinkles, some extra sauce toppings like chocolate fudge, salted caramel etc so there is more options to make it a treat.
