I still have a year more before the back to school madness hits this household, but right now, it is sort of back to school all the time, as the kiddo goes to daycare and there really is no summer break from the routine. At least I don’t have to prep lunches yet. I can only imagine how crazy those mornings can get, getting the kiddos ready and fed and out of the house.
Here is a small collection of breakfast recipes with tips on how to prep them or make them ahead, to make those back to school mornings just a little easier for all you mommas and daddies out there!
Pancakes and French Toast
Tip: Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl, close it and keep it on the countertop. Mix all the wet ingredients together and keep it in the refrigerator the night before. That way, you don't have to go around looking for the recipe or the ingredients in the morning. Just mix the two and make the pancakes!

I know there are days where no amount of planning and prepping is enough. Here are some of our favorite breakfast cereals that we have in hand, just for such days. On the side are other categories with some of my favorite oatmeal, pancake mix, superfoods - chia, flax etc and nut butter / sun butter brands. Most all of them are organic and what we have tried and tasted and loved!
